Solutions Delivery

When a project can be well-defined and scoped, a Carnegie Solution may be right for you. Solutions delivery is provided a team of Carnegie consultants under the leadership of a senior project manager, and typically perform a majority of the work off-site. Our solution team works in lock step with you to define the business objectives and requirements for approval before starting work. Follow-on design and development activities progress along a timeline that matches your ability to review and approve progress milestones.
